Once again, it's a big primary election Tuesday. This time, five states — Florida, North Carolina, Ohio, Illinois and Missouri — are voting in both the Democratic and Republican presidential races. Democrat Hillary Clinton and Republican Donald Trump are currently leading their respective delegate counts, but their rivals are looking to chip away at those leads.

Republican Gov. John Kasich is currently leading in the polls in his home state of Ohio, but Trump has been closing in. Sen. Marco Rubio has been campaigning hard to win his home state of Florida, which would net him 99 delegates. (Ohio and Florida are both winner-take-all, but the other states voting Tuesday are not.) Fresh off his win in Michigan last week, Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders is hoping to pull off three more upsets over Clinton in the Midwest.

There are 358 Republican and 691 Democratic delegates at stake in the five contests.
