Emily Ratajkowski will likely proceed with her divorce from husband Sebastian Bear-McClard, according to a report.

In the past weeks, there were rumors that Ratajkowski and Bear-McClard's marriage was on the rocks. The model was reportedly planning to divorce her husband over his alleged infidelity. An insider said that he wanted to keep their marriage, but she's not having it.

"Sebastian is begging her to give him another chance," a source close to Ratajkowski told Page Six this week. "That's not going to happen because she did her own digging and discovered even more s–t he did behind her back."

She hasn't hired an attorney yet, but Page Six was told she plans to file for divorce. Some of their friends were sad about how their marriage ended.

"What they had is really special. All of their friends loved watching them in the papers and in the headlines," a New York City society source told Page Six. "They were just beautiful, but, of course, the most beautiful relationships have these ugly endings. I don't know what the truth is about Sebastian's behavior, and I'm not defending him, but I know they're both reeling. It's so sad."

The 31-year-old model sparked breakup rumors when she was spotted sans her wedding ring. According to Page Six's previous source, her husband cheated on her.

"He's a serial cheater. It's gross. He's a dog," the anonymous source said.

Claudia Oshry fueled the breakup rumors when she discussed it on her "The Morning Toast" podcast. According to her, Bear-McClard's infidelity and their divorce were not a secret.

"It's, like, known that [Ratajkowski's] husband has cheated on her, and they're filing for divorce, but literally, I went to make it an [Instagram] Story today, and it's not been written up, so I'm like, how do I know this? Like, everyone just knows it," she claimed. "When the inevitable Instagram post or PR statement comes out, we won't be that surprised."

The model subtly confirmed their split through her social media activity, according to BuzzFeed News. Ratajkowski reportedly liked several tweets discussing their divorce and Bear-McClard cheating on her.

"[C]an't believe that little bi--h cheated on emrata," one tweet she liked read. Another tweet said, "Girls, how are we celebrating Emrata's divorce?"

"[E]mrata finally free from that man just proves that [G]od is actually very real," the third tweet read.

Ratajkowski and Bear-McClard wed in an intimate City Hall ceremony in February 2018 after being friends for a while, but they had only dated for two weeks at the time, according to Page Six. While some found them to be an odd couple, sources were hopeful that their marriage would work when they tied the knot.

"They're both different and they came together and it just worked. Everyone was really excited for them, they got married so fast, but they made sense," the society source said. "I think people didn't think Sebastian was good enough for Emily, but she understood [him]. She's the ultimate woman, he's a hunky man and they're both really smart — Emily is really, really smart. She's more than a model, and he's more than a movie producer."

They welcomed their son Sylvester in March 2021.
