Former Miss Russia Anna Malova has been released from jail after her fellow drug rehab patients agreed to have her back in the group. The catch: she can't talk to them for a month.

Malova, 39, spent a month behind bars on a 44-count prescription-theft indictment that turned especially sour after her jail-alternative plan turned sour when she was accused of slapping another female patient in her rehab group. The tiff between both rehab patients started after Malova was accused of looking at the other's diary.

Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Ellen Coin is giving Malova one more chance to rehabilitate herself before serving prison time. The Office of the Special Narcotics Prosector strongly opposes the ruling according to the New York Post. I'm concerned we're setting up Miss Malova for failure, prosecturo Charlotte Fishman told the Post.
