A newly released surveillance video shows Brian Laundrie casually strolling the aisles of a Whole Foods in Jackson, Wyoming, with Gabby Petito on the last day she was seen alive in public.

The video was obtained by Fox News Digital and featured Petito's white Ford Transit van pulling into the parking lot of the supermarket on Aug. 27, 2021, around 2:11 p.m. MT.

In the video, Laundrie appears to slam the driver's side door and retrieves a hat from the back of the vehicle.

As the pair walk across the parking lot and eventually enter the store, Petito is seen with her arms crossed while Laundrie places his hands in his pockets.

Laundrie is then seen casually strolling down the aisles alongside Petito. At one point, Petito grabbed cheese from a display and placed it in her tote bag.

The two later exited the store and returned to the sprinter van, where they sat inside for about 20 minutes before pulling out.

The couple drove on to Highway 89, which leads to the Bridger-Teton National Forest, where Petito's remains were found three weeks later.

Video of Laundrie's casual demeanor at the Whole Foods supermarket comes shortly after Laundrie reportedly got into an argument with three staff members at the Merry Piglets Tex-Mex restaurant.

A witness claimed Laundrie appeared agitated while dining at the eatery on Aug. 27, 2021, and left and returned to the restaurant four times before Petito apologized for his behavior.

On Sept. 1, 2021, Laundrie returned to his family's Florida home in the Ford Transit van without Petito.

She was reported missing on Sept. 11, and her remains were discovered six days later. Petito's death was ruled a homicide by manual strangulation.

In October 2021, Laundrie's remains were found in North Port, Florida. Among his belongings was a notebook in which he confessed to killing Petito. Laundrie died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
