Nelle may be in jail, but her days of taunting Michael are far from over. Next week on “General Hospital,” Nelle’s return may cause trouble for Willow and leave Michael heartbroken.

Last week on “GH,” Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) realized his plans to gain custody of Wiley were falling apart. He was shocked to learn that Harmony (Inga Cadranel) would testify against him, and he couldn’t convince her to change her mind.

Viewers are aware that Nelle (Chloe Lanier) is Harmony’s cellmate. Their time together could allow the young mom to learn information that could be used to taunt Michael (Chad Duell) or Harmony.

Lucas (Ryan Carnes) is still unaware Brad (Parry Shen) swapped babies with Nelle after the real Wiley died. During their legal proceedings against Shiloh, Brad told Nelle the father of the real Wiley was trying to gain custody of the baby.

While it is unclear if Nelle has been updated about the case, it seems a conversation with Harmony may allow Nelle to connect the dots.
