Many fans were taken by surprise in the previous episode of “Homeland” when Sekou’s (J. Mallory McCree) delivery van exploded in central Manhattan in a bomb terror attack. Due to the turn of events, latest spoiler reports about the series’ episode 6 suggested Carrie (Claire Danes) will be at risk after she is stalked by an unidentified person.

Things are indeed getting more and more interesting in “Homeland” Season 6, episode 6. Unfortunately, Showtime is not providing much details when it comes to the plotline of the upcoming episode. Based on its synopsis, the upcoming episode, titled “The Return,” will center on Carrie as she follows a lead, Saul Berenson (Mandy Patinkin), and Elizabeth Keane (Elizabeth Marvel) as she takes on a bold position.

Even though spoilers for “Homeland” Season 6, episode 6 have been scarce, the upcoming episode’s promo gave fans a sneak peek into the latest turn of events in the series. Carrie’s life will be in danger as she is stalked by an unidentified man. This incident prompts her to seek for Quinn’s (Rupert Friend) help. At some point, Carrie can be seen pointing her gun at someone while inside her home.

As for Saul, he will be facing his own problems. However, he also knows that something is not right and he’s being lied to. He decides to uncover the truth by himself and contacts an old friend as he seeks for more information.

According to CarterMatt, the Saul stand-offs in “Homeland” Season 6, episode 6 come as the character is left in a fairly difficult position and is forced to defend himself. There will also be some realizations on Saul’s part that despite being used to the demands of his job, there are still some challenges along the way.

For Keane’s character, on the other hand, Blasting News revealed fans will be seeing more of the New York senator-turned-POTUS (president of the United States) in action. Even though Showtime didn’t elaborate on the events in the upcoming episode, Keane will reportedly make a bold decision as she “takes a stand.”

Meanwhile, a quick recap for the previous episode revealed Sekou was painted as a suicide bomber after his delivery van exploded in Manhattan. Quinn, on the other hand, became suspicious over the attack and believed that the event had something to do with opposite apartment, Daily Express noted.
