He's baaaack! Phillip (Jefferson White), introduced to "How To Get Away With Murder" in Season 2, episode 8 as the main suspect in the Hapstall case, may have a few more tricks up his sleeve.

Caleb Hapstall's (Kendrick Sampson) case has been put on the back burner following the shooting of Annalise Keating (Viola Davis). However, he arrives at the esteemed lawyers home office. His intention during the visit is to find out what Annalise knows about his estranged cousin's whereabouts. She insists that she does not know where he is, and has not been looking for him. Caleb reminds her that she was able to find him the first time, insinuating that she should be able to do it again. Annalise, who spends much of episode 11 plagued by flashbacks to her past, quickly grows agitated and pushes Caleb to leave her home immediately. He obliges, but not before mincing words with Michaela (Aja Naomi King). She attempts to extend a helping hand to Caleb where her boss has failed, but is quickly shot down. He questions her motives, asking if Annalise has taught her "to play the w----," which angers her. Before storming off Caleb insists that their tryst earlier in Season 2 was nothing more than him looking "to get laid."

Phillip's name becomes the center of conversation once more towards the end of episode 11. After stopping over at Wes' (Alfred Enoch) to drop off files, featured in her flashbacks, Annalise indulges in a little Chinese food dropped off by former lover Nate (Billy Brown). Her private moment is interrupted by a phone call which could change everything for Annalise and the Keating Five. On the other end of the phone is Connor (Jack Falahee), who shares with his professor/boss that he's been emailed an incriminating video. While he's unsure who the sender is, he tells Annalise he believes "Phillip is back" and he's looking for revenge.

While Phillip's potential return provided the most jaw-dropping moments in Season 2, episode 11 of "HTGAWM," there were plenty of other moments worth talking about. During the show the truth is finally revealed about Annalise and Wes' relationship. Early in Season 2 viewers speculated that the Middleton University law professor may be the troubled student's birth mother. Flashbacks during episode 11, however, prove that's not the case. When the episode opens viewers are introduced to a very pregnant Annalise who is, at the time, still happily living with husband Sam Keating (Tom Verica). Despite her due date being dangerously close, Annalise continues to travel for work in these looks back at her past. During one scene she reveals to her doctor that she needs to travel to Cleveland, Ohio, for work. He gives her the go-ahead and she's off. Shortly after landing Annalise is shown meeting with Wes' mother, who did not know she was a lawyer at the time. After making this revelation, Annalise shares files with his mom — the same ones she left on Wes' door step. She promises his mother that she will keep her and her son safe. No further details were shared about the contents of the documents or the case they surround.

Viewers also learn that Wes has been struggling to sleep since the shooting. To cope with this he visits a psychiatrist who admits him to the psych ward. Wes makes a call to Laurel (Karla Souza) to let her know what's going on in the hopes that she can get him out. Her attempt fails and he's forced to open up about his past to the doctor. He shares details about his mothers death, revealing that he found her after she committed suicide when he was just 12. The doctor claims that Annalise's brush with death triggered his memories of his mother, which are to blame for his lack of sleep.

"HTGAWM" airs Thursdays at 10 p.m. EST on ABC.
