Jane Fonda has shared that she is "super-conscious" about being "closer to death" but the actress isn't really worried about it.

"I'm super-conscious that I'm closer to death. And it doesn't really bother me that much," the 84-year-old actress said during Sunday's "CBS News Sunday Morning" show. "What bothers me is that my body is, you know basically not mine!"

Fonda went on to share how her body parts don't really belong to her, reflecting on her surgeries. "My knees are not mine; my hips are not mine, my shoulder's not mine. You're looking at somebody who's only me from here up," she added.

She explained being healthy at an old age is better than having old joints.

"The fact is, if you're alive and relatively healthy at an older – I mean, I'm almost 85," she said. "The fact that I'm still alive and working, wow, who cares if I don't have my old joints? And I can't ski or bike or run anymore? Enh. You know, you can be really old at 60, and you can be really young at 85. Health!"

Fonda has been open about going under the knife. She has admitted multiple times during her previous interviews that she has gone through plastic surgery to look camera-ready. However, she noted at the age of 82 that she won’t get any more plastic surgeries.

"I can’t pretend that I’m not vain, but there isn’t going to be any more plastic surgery — I’m not going to cut myself up anymore," Fonda told Elle Canada in February 2020. "I have to work every day to be self-accepting; it doesn’t come easy to me."

Fonda will be next seen in the upcoming installment of the Netflix series, "Grace and Frankie," which is slated to release this Friday. The actress has been a regular on the Netflix series since 2015.

Besides the Netflix project, the actress will also appear in the movie, "Moving On," which is under post-production. She is currently working on an animated movie, "Luck," which is slated to release later this year.

Fonda will also feature in a flick, "Eighty for Brady," which also stars Tom Brady and Jimmy O. Yang.
