Jenn Sterger, the centerpiece of NFL quarterback Brett Favre's personal conduct penalties, is now suing her manager to recover text messages and pictures sent by Favre, according to a report from Neil Johnson of The Tampa Tribune.

The lawsuit, filed on Tuesday in Hillsborough County circuit court in Florida, is an effort to invalidate a book agreement with manager Phillip Reese who plans to use the content sent from Favre for his own book.

When she was a sideline reporter for the Jets, Sterger reportedly received several flirtatious text messages, voicemails as well as explicit photos of Favre, which led to a $50,000 fine from the NFL.
