Jennifer Lopez shared some secrets about her flawless skin and how skincare could sometimes lead her and her fiancé Alex Rodriguez to engage in an argument.

Lopez still looks so young at 51. The "On The Floor" singer will be sharing her beauty and skincare secrets with her fans because she is launching her own line of beauty projects through her new brand, JLo Beauty. Lopez recently spoke with E!s Carissa Culiner and the performer revealed that Rodriguez loves skincare, too. However, their shared fondness for it sometimes ended in petty arguments.

"He loves skincare products," Lopez told E! News.

"As we were trying all of the products, he was always like, 'What are you doing? What are you using? Let me get two. Give me some. Give me some! Don't be cheap, come on.' I'm like, 'It's a sample! I have to try it for five days. Like, leave it alone!' And we would be fighting over the products.”

When asked if the former professional baseball shortstop has a favorite, the "Maid in Manhattan" star said none because he loves "all of them."

Lopez said she will share a tutorial for her entire skincare routine when she launches JLo Beauty especially since in the last two decades, the number one question she often heard from fans was, "What do you do for your skin?" For Lopez, it's not about looking good for 50 but simply about "looking good, period."

Even before the launching, the "Let's Get Loud" hitmaker already shared some of her favorite beauty product that is available in the kitchen.

"Olive oil was the secret beauty ingredient for hydration, for your skin, for your body like when you were very dry, for your hair," Lopez shared.

"It works amazingly well for hydration and to smooth the skin and to give it a glow. So when I went in for the first time with my team, I said, 'Listen, I think we need to start with olive oil.”

Her fondness for olive oil prompted Lopez to develop natural products for skincare.

"That's the basis of everything. I wanted it to be natural. Yes, I want all the good ingredients that do all the cool stuff with your skin but I wanted to start in a natural base. We developed an oil complex because obviously, you don't just put straight olive oil on yourself because you smell like a salad and nobody wants that," she added.

Lopez recently unveiled the cover art of her single "In The Morning." The singer-actress bared all in it and many praised her figure. But some fans slammed her because they didn't think it was necessary for her to show too much skin because she already has an established career.
