Jennifer Lopez taught Shakira how to booty shake for their Super Bowl performance.

Lopez and Shakira shared the stage in February for the Super Bowl halftime show. Both performers entertained the audience with their sing and dance number.

On Sunday (May 3), the “World of Dance” judge took to Instagram to share some videos when she and Shakira were still preparing for the event.

“I can’t believe it’s already been 3 months since the #SuperBowlLIV #Halftime Show! So much has happened since then, but I wanted to share a fun peek behind the scenes at our first rehearsal with the dancers and @Shakira,” Lopez wrote in the caption.

In one clip, Lopez can be seen giving the “Hips Don’t Lie” singer some tips on how to jiggle her booty.

“I do it with my knees, I shake my knees. You shake your knees, the butt shakes too,” Lopez said.

“My mom taught me that when I was 4,” the “Jenny From the Block” performer added with a smile.

Shakira and Lopez were the first two Latina women to co-headline the Super Bowl halftime. Ahead of their performance, Lopez wrote on social media that she was excited to do the show with Shakira.

“So excited to share the stage with you tonight @Shakira!” Lopez wrote. “Let’s show the world what two little Latin girls can do.”

Lopez and Shakira’s Super Bowl performance was unforgettable, but not everyone was impressed. Franklin Graham criticized it because according to him, it was “showing young girls that sexual exploitation of women is okay.”

Graham’s reaction garnered mixed reactions from the netizens. Some agreed with him and called the halftime show an “adult show.” Meanwhile, a Joe Beardemphl defended the duo saying that there were many people who “pick and choose what and who are immoral.”

Meanwhile, in another post on Instagram, Lopez shared four photos of her jumping in the air. She is all smiles in her white dress as she makes various poses while up in the air.

“I make it a habit to say three things I’m grateful for as soon as I open my eyes and then at night when I’m lying in bed I list three good things out loud that happened that day,” she wrote in the caption.

“I try to change them so they are not the same everyday. Stay positive and stay safe. Love you and miss you all... together we will soon be,” she added.
