Julia Roberts and her husband Danny Moder's relationship is going strong, contrary to what some rumors have claimed.

Over the weekend, Roberts and Moder were spotted soaking up some sun near their home on the island of Kauai in Hawaii as the two enjoyed some quality time together. In photos released by Daily Mail, Roberts and her husband of almost 17 years looked relaxed as they laid on the sand at a beach.

Roberts dressed appropriately for a day relaxing under the sun in a blue sundress that skimmed her thighs and a straw hat. She paired the look with dark sunglasses and wore her blonde locks in natural waves. Moder, meanwhile, also opted for a simple outfit, looking comfortable in a green t-shirt and black swimming shorts with a vibrant rainbow print.

The husband and wife packed on PDA during their day out, with Roberts being photographed laying in Moder's arms while they watched the sea. Moder also decided to go for a swim at one point, ditching his shirt and showing off his chiseled physique.

Their beach date comes just a few months before their 17th wedding anniversary. Roberts and Moder tied the knot on July 4, 2002 and share three children together: 14-year-old twins Hazel and Phinnaeus and 11-year-old Henry.

While the two are often plagued by rumors of cheating and divorce, Roberts and Moder's marriage has remained strong even after 16 and so years.

In November 2018, Roberts opened up about her husband their marriage during an interview with Gwyneth Paltrow for her "Goop" podcast, revealing that she felt her life instantly changed when she met the cinematographer.

"He truly, to this day, to this minute is just my favorite human," Roberts said of her husband, adding that she feels they are "very lucky" to have found each other.

Roberts added that even after all these years, their relationship has only gotten "deeper" since they began dating 18 years ago. "It just gets deeper, it just gets more complex...you're young and you fall in love and go, 'Yeah, we're going to get married and we're going to build a house and will have kids,' and all these things that we all kind of dream of, but you don't know if you're going to like the same couch and you don't know if he is going to want to get patterned towels," she explained.

According to the "Ocean's Eleven" actress, she considers Moder as "the best decision" she had ever made.
