Kendra Wilkinson still has some deep-rooted issues with her mom, Patti Wilkinson, and she addresses them with her therapist in a new sneak peek from Friday's "Kendra On Top" episode. In the clip, the reality star and former Playboy model revealed she attempted suicide several times as a teenager.

"I battled some severe depression,” Kendra explains in a sneak peek shared by People. “I attempted suicide a couple times. I went to a mental institution ... drugs, overdosing, slitting wrists, all that stuff."

In a confessional, the mom of two said she was left on her own a lot when she was younger and blames part of her problems on her mom being absent from her life.

“I was left on my own,” Kendra cries. “I was a young f---ing girl. All I wanted was for my mom to say, ‘I love you, and I’m here for you.’ I never got that.”

Kendra and her mom have often documented their hostile relationship on the WEtv show. On a recent episode, the former "Girls Next Door" star told her aunt Kristin Wilkinson her mom was a "sadistic abuser."

“I can’t deal with my mom anymore,” Kendra said. “Because I feel like I’m being raped every minute I'm with my mom.”

As previously reported, Patti lashed out at Kendra, alleging "Kendra On Top" was fake and her daughter's producers staged some of the storylines. When a friend asked Patti about a scene from a few weeks ago when Kendra called her mom to work things out but was instead sent to voicemail, Patti claimed the phone call from her daughter never happened.

“Her producer called me several months ago and knew I wouldn’t pick up, so he recorded my message, I am sure,” Patti said. “Allll set up! Every day I get more disgusted.”
