Khloe Kardashian shows off her amazingly toned body and sexy legs in a behind-the-scenes picture for her Instagram followers on Wednesday. According to Us Weekly, the “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star shared a dressing room snapshot of herself wearing a high-cut gray sports bodysuit, sitting in a chair while her hair and makeup artists worked their magic.

Khloe uploaded the picture on Instagram, saying: “Photo shoot day with @1maryphillips and @cesar4styles!!!!! Such a fantastic day!!! @monicarosestyle you killed every single look!!!!!! I'm so lucky to have such incredible people surrounding me!!”

The 30-year-old TV personality’s impressively fit body is a result of hundreds of hours sweating it out at the gym. She revealed to Cosmo Body in April that she took to working out at the gym during moments when she and now ex-husband Lamar Odom were having issues. She shares with the magazine: “I decided to channel my energy into working out. ... If I went out with my girlfriends I would be hounded by paparazzi and made to feel more humiliated. The gym was my only refuge. I could put music on and dance around with my girlfriends and be silly."

Khloe also mentioned how she never “felt fat” and that she didn’t realize how unhealthy she was until she looked at old pictures. She also prefers the gradual and natural way to becoming healthy, adding that plastic surgery is not for her. "I'm not against plastic surgery -- if you want to do a tweak, I'm all for it, but you have to love yourself first because no surgery is going to change your heart."

In the last few years, this TV personality has undergone a dramatic body transformation. In February Huffington Post reported Khloe having an epiphany about her fitness journey, after taking a selfie in the mirror that revealed her incredibly toned abs. Her selfie photo was captioned: "My fitness journey will be a lifelong journey. Fitness is not about being better than someone else. … It's about being better than you used to be. I'm not where I want to be and who knows if I ever will be. But I am healthier than ever and due to my consistent workouts, I am slowly seeing results.”
