Linda Evangelista, the supermodel who once famously said she wouldn't get out of bed for anything less than $10,000 a day, is asking for $46, 000 a month in child support from her baby daddy Francois-Henri Pinault, who is currently married to actress Salma Hayek.

Evangelista produced a list of requests for her 5-year-old son, Augustin in Manhattan Family Court Thursday. She expects Pinault to pay for most of her son's expenses, which total more than $46,000 a month, reported the New York Post.

They include: $15, 000 - 16, 000 for an armed chauffer and 24-hour nanny that costs $7,0 00 a month.

I need to protect him, Evangelista told Love magazine in February according to the Daily Mail.

When I work, it can be a 16-hour day,' she said. 'On days when I do not work, I am working on my image. I have to hit the gym. I have beauty appointments. I have to work toward my next job and maintaining my image, just like an athlete, reported the Daily Mail.

She's also requesting a house similar to the one Pinualt shares with his wife Hayek and their daughter Valentina.

Pinualt's lawyer, David Aronson said Evangelista has not been able to provide accurate documentation that shows when the chauffeurs work for her and her son.

Evangelista's lawyer, William Beslow, said Evangelista expects her son to receive the same treatment as Pinualt's daughter with Hayek gets.

Beslow said Pinualt did not pay any child support until Evangelista took him to court last year.

Manhattan divorce lawyer Raoul Felder said Evangelista will not likely receive the large settlement because judges consider how much it costs to take care of the child, not how wealthy the parents are.

She's in for a big surprise. I wouldn't be counting the money yet, he told the New York Daily News.

Most of the time, there are formulas for this. There's no windfall in child support, said Felder.

Felder told ABC News that her claims were the triumph of illusion over reality. That's all this is, a fairy tale. If she were married to him, that's a whole other story.

Pinualt said he was not a dead beat dead and that he has a good relationship with Augustin.

At every possible opportunity he has participated in my family life whether in France or the United States, he said of his son. He is totally integrated within my family, Pinault said.

Evangelista and Pinualt dated from September 2005 to January 2006. Pinault began dating Hayek in April 2006 and married her in 2009.

Pinault is heir to an $11.5 billion family estate. He is the CEO of a company that owns Gucci, Balenciaga, Yves Saint Laurent, and Bottega Veneta.

Evangelista will testify at the hearing Friday.
