  • Mama June showed off her smaller belly on Instagram
  • The reality star flaunted the results of her weight loss journey
  • Fans were amazed by her transformation in a short period

Mama June Shannon reaped the fruits of her labor and proved her critics wrong when she showed off her slimmer body weeks after taking on the 7-day weight loss challenge.

On Tuesday, the 42-year-old reality star took to Instagram to share a couple of snaps of her flaunting her smaller belly. She credited the weight loss to the product she’s been promoting on her social media.

“End of this round of @boombodBOGO and I’m loving the results. No late-night cravings, less bloating, and feeling really on top of things! It’s not too late to get started,” she wrote in the caption.

In the two photos she shared, Mama June flashed a huge smile while holding a box of the Boombod Weight Loss Shot Drink. The post quickly received compliments from her fans, who were amazed by her transformation.

“You are looking good,” one fan wrote.

“Woah you look very amazing Mama June,” another commented.

“Beautiful, healthy and happy!! Look at you June! I’m here for it,” a third user added.

On the other hand, a few questioned her since they felt she did not lose weight.

“Results? Your goal was to stay the same?” asked one.

“She looks [exactly] the same before and after,” a different netizen stated.

It’s been three weeks since Mama June started documenting her weight loss journey with Boombod. On Jan. 5, she announced on Instagram that she was doing the 7-day challenge with the weight loss drink as part of her New Year’s resolutions.

However, Mama June’s announcement was met with a lot of criticisms at the time. Several followers called her out for promoting the weight loss drink again. The “From Not To Hot” star previously advertised the product in 2020 and her fans were not pleased because it did not seem to work for her.

One of her daughters, 25-year-old Jessica Shannon, also received flak recently for promoting the weight loss drink. In particular, one netizen told her to not “mislead” her fans because her previous weight loss was due to surgery and not the product.

“I’m sure you are capable and smart enough to get a real job instead of getting paid for promoting something that doesn’t even work and you don’t even use and is bad for your health, you’re scamming the people who [believe] in you please stop doing that,” another netizen commented on her post.
