Joanne “Doe Doe” Shannon has just revealed on social media that she badly misses her sister, Mama June, in the wake of the controversies involving the reality star and her boyfriend, Geno Doak.

Following the special episode of “Mama June: From Not To Hot” Season 3 on Friday, Doe Doe took to Instagram to share a sweet photo of her and Mama June standing close to each other and smiling for the camera. In her caption, Doe Doe expressed how much she’s longing for her sister to come back to them.

“Miss my sister [Mama June] this was some fun times in Vegas. Praying she comes back home to her family and friends who loves [sic] her unconditionally. We can get through this together,” Mama June’s older sister wrote.

Doe Doe voiced her yearning to reunite with her sister again in the wake of reports that Mama June is currently living the casino life with Geno. The two of them have been hitting up gambling establishments to play and stay there most of the time.

Last week, TMZ revealed that Mama June’s youngest daughter, 13-year-old Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson, has been forced to move in with her sister, Lauryn “Pumpkin” Shannon, because their mother has been living the casino life with her ex-convict lover.

Sources close to the family also disclosed to the gossip outlet that Alana and Lauryn have decided to distance themselves from Mama June and all the “drama” because the latter has clearly chosen to be with her boyfriend even though his cheating ways have already been exposed.

Pumpkin has been filling in for Mama June ever since she and Geno got arrested for drug-related charges in March. And now it seems Pumpkin has had enough of Mama June’s antics. Two weeks ago, she posted a strong message on her Twitter account that seemed to be hinting at her real feelings about her mom’s messy situation.

“A child’s shoulders were not built to bear the weight of their parents choice,” she tweeted the message and wrote “PERIOD” in her caption alongside the person with folded hands emoji.

“Mama June: From Not To Hot” Season 3 is airing its finale on Friday at 9 p.m. on WE tv.
