Megan Fox may be well on her way to becoming the bane of all women. While most women struggle to lose those pesky pregnancy pounds, Fox alleges she ate whatever she wanted and managed to lose weight.

While the 26-year-old Hollywood actress was pregnant she gained a mere 23 pounds with her first son, Noah. It helps explain why she barely looked pregnant through her 9-months of child carrying-- but not why she didn’t need to work out to lose any of the baby weight.

Fox explained to Us Weekly that she has already lost 13 of the pounds she gained while pregnant and did it without having to hit the gym.

After her red carpet appearance for “This Is 40,” it seems unimaginable that the “Transformers” star needs to lose anything more than she already has.

"I can't work out yet because my body is still too fragile," Fox explained to the magazine at the Dec. 12 premiere of "This Is 40." "I try to eat whatever I want, but I don't eat any dairy, and I guess that's the biggest diet tip. Try and stay away from dairy -- especially if you're a woman! It's really hard on your hormones."

Fox and her “90210” husband Brian Austin Green welcomed their first son together in September. This is her first child, but Green already has a 10-year-old son, Kassius, with “General Hospital” star Vanessa Marcil.

Fox had previously said in interviews that she wanted a big family, but after a lot of morning sickness and a rough pregnancy, the star might be rethinking her decision.

She told Jay Leno earlier this month:

"It was so bad for me, actually, I thought I was maybe birthing a vampire baby," she joked, to which Leno quipped back with, “I like that that was your first thought. 'You know, I’ll bet this is probably a vampire baby.’”
