Meghan Markle is reportedly a "disaster" for the British Monarchy and is likened to a black widow spider that eats her mate.

Media personality Katie Hopkins penned an article about the Duke and Duchess of Sussex in for Front Page magazine. In her article, she described Markle as a “disaster” and likened her to a spider eating her mate.

“Meghan Markle has been an absolute disaster for the British monarchy. Like some gangster, she has committed a smash-and-grab on the Palace, snatching what can be easily sold, trashing anything of sentimental value,” Hopkins wrote.

Hopkins mentioned Prince Harry and Markle’s presence at a JP Morgan event where they received cash. It was considered the couple’s first gig after they left the royal family and after they announced that they will work to be financially independent. However, for the columnist, it was a sign that Markle was only in for the publicity for cash.

She also compared Middleton to a black widow spider who eats her mate, the male redback when she is done with him. According to Live Science North American widow spiders engage in cannibalism and males prefer to mate with recently fed females to reduce their chances of getting eaten. However, Australian redbacks voluntarily sacrifice themselves to their hungry mates.

“So too at the Palace, where the Prince-Formerly-Known-as-Harry has been consumed by the woman he was desperate to be loved by,” Hopkins added.

She added that Markle’s off-camera and private actions set off her own alarm system. Markle reportedly stalked talent to have a moment in the spotlight. Also, the duchess reportedly bought and wore Princess Diana’s favorite perfume on her first date with Prince Harry. “Spiders are cunning creatures and this one spun her web well,” Hopkins continued.

Hopkins concluded that Markle’s decision to marry the royal family was a “launch pad” and a “tactical move” for a bigger game plan and it’s understandable for a decent Brits to feel used.

“I could be noble. I could say that I wish her well with her new celebrity life of excess in North America. But I do not. I rue the day Prince Harry fell into her trap and flinch as I watch His Royal Redback get gobbled up alive,” she concluded.

Meanwhile, a recent report claimed that Prince Harry called Queen Elizabeth II and asked her to take him back. He reportedly felt isolated and realized he made a terrible mistake for leaving the royal family.

However, one should take the report with a grain of salt. Another source told Us Weekly that Prince Harry is happier in Canada and he doesn’t regret his decision to leave the royal family.
