Meghan Markle made a gross fashion faux pas in her recent engagement.

On Thursday, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex made a joint engagement. They paid their respects at the Field of Remembrance service at Westminster Abbey. The duchess looked regal and polished in her teddy coat with matching fashionable and chic fascinator.

Markle’s bouncy hair complemented her look. Prince Harry’s wife was undeniably gorgeous in her long waves. However, her critics were still able to spot something not so appealing with the royal.

A photo of Markle’s fake eyelashes was shared on Twitter. The online users once again criticized the duchess especially that the glue was visible. Some also questioned why she used blue and PVA glue. Meanwhile, many wondered why she still wears fake eyelashes when it is already out of date for today’s fashion.

“She doesn’t respect the monarchy and she went to do this? She is hopocrite [sic] and deserves no one from anyone,” one netizen commented.

“Yuck, eyelash glue. Why do women wear fake eyelashes. It looks cheap and nasty,” a different user added.

A different user said that Markle was “awful” before adding that “Our heroes dont deserve THAT.” Meanwhile, another said, “She’s so gross and phony.“

Another user also asked where Markle’s freckles are because she used to boast for it. However, in the snap, the duchess’ freckles are not visible.

“What happened to the freckles she loves so much because her dad called them stars on her face or some made up lie she told before she dumped him,” @DaraGloss wrote.

One social media user advised Markle to treat herself by buying black lash glue. Meanwhile, another user defended Markle and said that she would give Prince Harry’s wife the benefit of the doubt by assuming that the veil caused the light mark on her lash area.

In related news, Camilla Parker Bowles has reportedly been a “pillar of support” for Prince Harry and Markle. An insider shared to Vanity Fair that the Duchess of Cornwall doesn’t want to see anyone struggling and added that Prince Charles’ second wife is fond of Markle.
