Meghan Markle, Duchess of Sussex and Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex were outranked in Tatler magazine's "Social Power Index" by a shocking yet familiar face. At only 7 years old, Harper Beckham, the daughter of David and Victoria Beckham, comes in fourth on the 2019 list of the UK's most "socially significant" people.

This list ranks people in terms of "how influential they are for social occasions," according to Her. Not only does this place Harper above the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, but it also puts her above her own parents. Harper is described as a "front-row fixture" at her mother's fashion shows and the list notes that she "jets between Los Angeles, London, and the Cotswolds."

The magazine's editorial team wrote that people who "assemble the right mix of glamour, money, politics, and intrigue" make for the ideal Social Power Index candidate, according to The Sun.

In terms of the royal family, Prince William, Duke of Cambridge and Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge took the No. 1 spot, with actor Idris Elba and wife Sabrina Dhowre coming in at No. 2. Surprisingly, Meghan and Harry did not even crack the top 10. However, they are described as "the king and queen of global glamour." Additionally, they are included on the "most invited" list, along with Stella McCartney, Sir Elton John, and Cara Delevigne.

The Social Power Index will appear in the August issue of Tatler, which will be available on newsstands and digital download on Thursday.
