Meghan Markle's mini tuxedo dress didn't impress some royal fans.

On Wednesday, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex stepped out together to attend a special West End performance of "Hamilton" in London. For the outing, Markle opted to wear a $595 black tuxedo minidress by Judith & Charles. The new royal looked gorgeous in the sexy number, but not everyone was happy with her outfit.

"I for one am irate. She's the queen for craps sakes act like it!" CK wrote.

"Inappropriate, cheap, [expletive] looking boring outfit. Couldt be more ridiculous of a choice. Looks as if she was in a hurry to catch the train, pulled out an old black jacket to put on and forgot to put on a skirt or trousers in the hurry. This black choice of colour is ridiculous!" one user commented.

"Below the knee would have been more flattering and appropriate. Why is she going out of her way to disrespect the protocol @RoyalFamily," Angel wrote.

"You left home in a hurry, and you forget your skirt, you go in your coat? And the legs. What did You Have seen someone in the royal family dressed like that?" another user commented.

On the other hand, some netizens defended Markle. For those questioning the new royal's choice to wear an above-the-knee dress, they pointed out that even Middleton has worn these types of dresses.

"Seriously you’re really sound ignorant cause we all have seen Kate wear short skirts and dresses. Let’s not start acting like some of the royal women ain’t wear something like this," Jasmine Harrison commented on one post against the Duchess of Sussex.

"Give me a break. Kate wears tiny skirts all the time and you all don’t say anything," another user wrote.

Some netizens also do not find Markle's minidress racy, saying that it's not offensive at all.

"Racy? More of her body is covered than a person wearing an average pair of pajamas," NK argued.

In related news, Prince Harry and Markle visited Queen Elizabeth II in Balmoral over the weekend. During their visit to Scotland, they enjoyed long walks and barbecue.
