Michelle Obama showered her husband Barack Obama with love on Father's Day.

The former first lady of the United States took to social media to commemorate the special day for all the dads around the world. She made sure to make it extra special for her husband by sharing a family photo.

In the snap, Barack is with his two daughters, Sasha and Malia. The ex-POTUS is hugging his eldest daughter with one arm and they smile together while holding Sasha.

“Thank you for the way you love our girls—and all the young people in this country, no matter who they are or where they come from. We feel your warmth and generosity today and everyday. Happy #FathersDay, Barack!” Michelle wrote in the caption.

The post received warm responses from Michelle’s followers.

“This amazing father deserves to be celebrated today!” one commented.

“Disagreed a few time with your Husband on some issues. However I publicly praised him dozens of times for being a great example of a father. Happy Father’s Day,” @fredmurrayjr added.

“The best father, husband and POTUS!” @VenusAbrahim opined.

“I couldn’t love this anymore. President Obama’s love, compassion & kindness are so evident. Happy Father’s Day, Mr. President,” @luvMIgreatlakes added.

“Happy Father's Day @BarackObama and to all the dads who are having a positive impact on children's lives. #FathersDay,” @UclaBruin1998 wrote.

Last month, Barack also made a sweet tribute to Michelle on Mother’s Day. He shared a snap of him hugging his wife and reminded his followers to thank their moms.

“Even if you can’t give the moms in your life a hug today, I hope you can give them an extra thank you today. Thank you and Happy Mother’s Day to the woman who makes it all possible. Love you, @michelleobama,” Obama wrote on Twitter.

In related news, Michelle shared an artwork of George Floyd on social media. The former FLOTUS revealed that she was “pained” and “exhausted” by the recent tragedies involving the Black people and how they were being mistreated.

“Like so many of you, I’m pained by these recent tragedies,” the ex-FLOTUS wrote on Twitter.

“And I’m exhausted by a heartbreak that never seems to stop. Right now it’s George, Breonna, and Ahmaud. Before that it was Eric, Sandra, and Michael. It just goes on, and on, and on.”
