Miley Cyrus has issued a second statement since she being admitted to a Kansas City hospital on Tuesday night. The “Adore You” singer said she was suffering from a sinus infection and had an "absolutely horrible reaction" to the medication that was given to her.

The singer has demanded privacy yet continued to post messages and selfies to Twitter. She’s had to cancel numerous “Bangerz” tour shows and rumors have swirled about why Cyrus was in the hospital.

Some have assumed she was rushed to the emergency room because of excessive partying since her dog Floyd passed away and others have thought that she might be pregnant.

She wrote on Twitter: "So many ignorant stories out there no one is reading the official statement and these dumb asses are scaring my fans. Please read official," she wrote before tweeting, "shut the f--k up & let me heal. stop scaring my family, friends, & fans. OFFICIAL STATEMENT."

Her full “official statement,” which she tweeted on Thursday, has been posted below:

“Miley was suffering from a sinus infection during her tour. She was prescribed the antibiotic Cephalexin which shes now suffered an extreme allergic reaction to. This type of extreme reaction can last from five to 27 days in these types of cases. She will remain hospitalized and is under a doctor’s care until we see some improvement in her condition and is asking for your compassion and privacy at this time. Miley is devastated about missing shows and possibly disappointing her fans.”

Cyrus' next show is scheduled for Friday in Nashville, her hometown, but it’s not clear whether she will be able to make perform. Yet it seems she certainly wants to:
