This article contains spoilers.

The official synopsis for episode 2 named "Sasha’s True Intentions" reveals Ivis Necron, who is created by Anos Voldigoad, will teach at the academy.

Ivis is an Elder Demon Emperor created by Anos’s blood. In the second episode, Emilia Rudewell, the homeroom teacher for Class 2, asks Anos to not be rude to the faculty.

However, Anos will likely disregard Emilia’s order and meet Ivis like an old friend.

Anos and Emilia share cold vibes. In the last episode, during Emilia’s lecture, she asks the students who wish to lead a team. Sasha, Misha’s sister, and Anos decide to represent and Emilia reminds them they must be able to wield magic.

Emilia introduces the class to Gyze, a Troop Magic that boosts the group’s overall combat power. When Anos offers to become a leader, Emilia tells her that hybrid students aren’t eligible. However, Anos sets out to prove that hybrids are no way inferior to Demon Royalty.

Later, in the episode, he battles Sasha’s group and ends up defeating them, singlehandedly. Toward the end of the episode, Anos invites Sasha and Misha over dinner. However, Sasha's real intentions will likely be out in the upcoming episodes. She was defeated by Anos and will hit back.

The cast of "The Misfit of Demon King Academy" includes Tatsuhisa Suzuki as Anos Voldigoad, Tomori Kusunoki as Misha Necron, Yuko Natsuyoshi as Sasha Necron, Aki Toyosaki as Izabella, Ami Koshimizu as Emilia Ludowell, Ryota Ohsaka as Kanon, Shinobu Matsumoto as Gusta, Shinnosuke Tachibana as Leorig Indu and Takuya Eguchi as Zepes Indu.

Episode 3 of the anime is produced by Yamato Ouchi. Yuki Imoto, Kenta Mizusaki, Yume Ryuju, Kyosuke Matsui and Hideto Akita are credited as animation directors. The opening theme titled "Seikai Fusekai" is performed by CIVILIAN, while the ending theme named "Hamidashimono" is by Tomori Kusunoki.
