'Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation' Season 2 Release Details, Trailer [Watch]

The heroes of another world, Rudeus and his friends, are ready for the next adventure.

Crunchyroll released the official trailer of "Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation" Season 2 at Anime Expo 2022 on Sunday. The second season is slated to release on Crunchyroll next year.

The trailer reveals the upcoming season will likely be based on the Depressed Magician arc.

A 34-year-old virgin dies all of a sudden and is reincarnated as a newborn child named Rudeus. He is in a world of magic and swords.

Growing up, he encounters his master Roxy and learns the way of life. He goes on adventures with Roxy and makes new friends.

During the journey, he becomes friends with Eris and they come closer to each other. However, one day, Eris leaves a note informing him they are not a good match and she is going on a journey.

The cast of the anime includes Yumi Uchiyama as Rudeus Greyrat, Megumi Toyoguchi as Ghislaine Dedoldia, Rie Tanaka as Elinalise Dragonroad, Rikiya Koyama as Perugius Dola, Saya Aizawa as Norn Greyrat, Toshiyuki Morikawa as Paul Greyrat, Yoji Ueda as Geese Nukadia, Yuka Iguchi as Kishirika Kishirisu, and Yuuki Takada as Aisha Greyrat.

"Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation" anime is based on the original story by Rifujin na Magonote. The series is titled "Mushoku Tensei - Isekai Ittara Honki Dasu" in Japanese.
