Nadya Suleman, better known as Octomom, grabbed international media attention when she gave birth to eight children in January 2009. The octuplets, all of whom are healthy, set the world record for being the longest-surviving set of octuplets in American history.

Suleman, who already had 6 children when she gave birth to the octuplets, has remained in the public eye ever since. She had an offer from Vivid entertainment to work in adult films, appeared in various television shows and was featured in magazines precisely for her post-partum weight-loss.

But the 36-year-old single mother says that even though she is in great shape and knows that she is beautiful, she does not need a man to tell her that.

According to the Daily Mail, all her children were conceived through in-vitro fertilization, and she is too busy to find time for a man, at least till her children turn 18.

I get too much male attention, but I won't date until the octuplets are 18 - I live for them.

Suleman, who seems obviously too proud of her looks and motherhood, says she is not like other women who like male attention.

I know a lot of women like male attention, but I'll go out with no make-up on and wear tracksuits, a wig and even a fake pregnancy stomach to put them off, she says.

The mother of 14 said she has never looked this good before, but admitted that just two weeks after her c-section, she had started doing 50 sit-ups per day and was almost obsessed with fitness.

Now, I run 40 miles a week, whenever my mum or a friend will babysit, but it's still just for stress relief. My eldest son (aged 10) even comes with me sometimes - he can manage a couple of miles, she said, adding that she hits the gym three times a week for 2 hours.

Eyebrows were raised when Suleman posed topless for Closer magazine, bragging about her super-toned body for $10,000. However, TMZ reported that she took up the offer because she is just days away from being homeless. The money she took from Closer Magazine was just enough for her to rent a new apartment.

And it was apparently much lower than what was offered to her by Vivid Entertainment for the adult movie. They had reportedly offered her $1 million, which she rejected.

Suleman is not looking forward to a relationship at the moment, but is open about having one in future: 'I wouldn't rule out a relationship in the future. But now, when men look at me, I look away and they know not to approach me. I know I'm beautiful - I don't need a man to tell me that.'
