Actress Naomi Ackie opened up about Robert Pattinson's upcoming sci-fi drama movie, "Mickey 17," which is helmed by Academy Award-winning movie "Parasite" director Bong Joon-ho.

"I'm terrified to speak on it," Ackie said during an interview with Games Radar on Wednesday. "The cast on it are incredible, director Bong is one of the most genius and kind men I've ever had the privilege to work with."

Ackie revealed that the story of the high-anticipated movie is not only heartwarming but also "wild and funny." The 31-year-old actress further shared that they had a "lot of fun" working on this movie as the set was filled with "laughter."

The actress went on to share that the best part about working on this movie was the attention to detail. "I think what I really loved about the making of that film was how intricate it was, how detailed it was," she said.

Ackie praised Joon-ho for telling the story in a decisive manner and directing the movie in a unique way that she has ever witnessed.

"The story is amazing, but how he chooses to tell it is very decisive, he's a very decisive director," she said, adding, "He knows what he wants, and he's specific in a really freeing way. Man, I love that guy so much. Getting to see how he directs and how he puts his films together is like the most unique way I've ever seen."

She concluded, "It's incredible, I geeked out hard from the technical actor perspective, it was just like a totally different shift on how I've ever performed."

Ackie also shared that her overall experience working on the movie was "incredible" and she "geeked out hard from the technical actor perspective" during the filming. "It was just like a totally different shift on how I've ever performed," she concluded.

The plot of the flick has been kept under wraps. The movie is based on Ashton Edward's novel, titled "Mickey7: A Novel," which was released on Feb. 15, last year.

Aside from Ackie and Pattinson, the flick also stars Toni Collette, Mark Ruffalo, Chelsea Li and Steven Yeun.
