National Chilli Hot Dog Day, which falls on the last Thursday of July, celebrates the zesty snack made up of standard hot dogs sprinkled with copious amounts of chilies. The juicy hot dogs with a thick layer of savory chili taste best with oodles of cheddar cheese and onions and are definitely crowd-pullers at backyard parties.

While it is true that happy moments are incomplete without good food, having the meaty and cheesy delights with a little extra zing perfectly compliments the mood. On the National Chilli Hot Dog Day, which is on July 29 this month, use the recipe given below to prepare the humble snack and woo your loved ones.
