After taking on the deadly virus threat, “NCIS: Los Angeles” Season 11, episode 5 will focus on some lighthearted fun. The new case for the team will be about a missing painting, and the chase for the bad guys should be fun to watch.

The following article contains “NCIS: Los Angeles” Season 11 spoilers that are based on the promo videos of episode 5.

“This Sunday, we've got a case so good it's priceless,” the Twitter page of the TV series teased with a promo video of episode 5.

The team’s task will be to track down a missing painting that’s worth about $40 million. Sam (LL Cool J) and Callen (Chris O’Donnell) will try and work the case the way they normally do, but their expertise will be called into question by an insurance agent who will be involved in the case.

The fun part in the episode will begin right from when the team will be assigned the new case. A promo clip from “NCIS: Los Angeles” Season 11, episode 5 shows the team getting a briefing about the missing painting.

No one in the team is an art lover, and when they are shown a picture of the missing piece of art, Marty Deeks (Eric Christian Olsen) will be is humorous self as he compliments the painter’s use of color and strong brush strokes. The painting is actually two lines that are drawn on white background, with one of the lines dissecting a circle.

The painting is called “The Cube,” even though Callen points out that there isn’t even a single square for it to be called The Cube. The painting, however, is famous, and was previously in possession of Saddam Hussein.

Another preview scene from the episode shows Sam and Callen meeting the insurance agent for the first time. The two agents will have their hands full while dealing with her in the episode.

“NCIS: Los Angeles” Season 11, episode 5 will air on Oct. 27 at 9 p.m. EDT on CBS. The episode is titled “Provenance.”
