After International Business Times first broke the news in June about Trevor Donovan (“90210,” “Love, Fall and Order”) and Brooke D’Orsay (“Royal Pains,” “Christmas in Love”) teaming up for a new Hallmark Christmas movie, the finished product — “Nostalgic Christmas” — is finally ready to premiere on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries tonight.

What better way to celebrate Halloween night than with an all-new Christmas movie? Sit down with some delicious candy and spooky cocktails and get ready to watch as Donovan’s Keith McClain and D’Orsay’s Anne Garrison fall in love in this new Miracles of Christmas 2019 movie.

“Anne Garrison’s annual holiday visit to the small town in Maine where she grew up is somewhat bittersweet this year. With her dad set to sell his toy store and retire from his wood-carving career, and the town’s lumber mill up for sale, this will probably be her last Christmas there,” according to the synopsis.

“But when Anne is drafted and paired with handsome local widower Keith McClain to co-chair the town’s Christmas celebration, she begins to question what she really wants in life. Soon, Anne becomes torn between returning to her fast-paced career in New York and remaining in the small town to take over her dad’s hand-carved wooden toy business and seeing where a burgeoning romance with Keith might lead.”

“Nostalgic Christmas,” which is based on the book “The House of Wooden Santas” by Kevin Major, was directed by J.B. Sugar and written by Raul Sanchez Inglis.

The Hallmark movie’s cast also includes Jenna Weir (Jessie McClain), Ron Lea (Bill Garrison), Tara Joshi (Colleen Grimes), Eugene Clark (Martin Delong), Vanessa Burns (Patty Allen), Chad Willett (Tom Novak), Arlene Duncan (Georgina Garcia) and Barbara Gordon (Dorothy Wentzell).

“Nostalgic Christmas” premieres on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries on Thursday at 9 p.m. EDT
