The dogs then ran towards another street where one of them was run over by a vehicle. The other dogs then attacked a woman walking her dog and also another passerby who had rushed to help her. Both of them sustained injuries in the leg.

The canines were eventually contained in a backyard till the Animal Control arrived at the scene and took them into their custody. It wasn’t clear if the canines will be put down. Their breeds were also not revealed.

The incident comes days after a pack of dogs attacked and critically injured a 10-year-old girl while she was playing outside her home in Lumberton, North Carolina.
