Saturday night saw yet another Powerball lottery drawing, but those hoping for a repeat of Friday night’s Mega Millions lottery were out of luck. There were definitely some big winners in the second of the week’s two Powerball drawings, but nobody took home the jackpot.

The winning numbers on Saturday night were 1, 19, 25, 27 and 68, with a red Powerball number of 21. There was also a 2X Power Play, potentially doubling earnings. Nobody managed to correctly guess all six of those numbers, but a couple of people did well enough to become millionaires overnight.

Two Powerball players guessed five of the numbers and won the Match 5 prize of $1 million. Unfortunately for those who played, nobody got the Match 5 with the Power Play multiplier.

Since nobody won the jackpot on Saturday night, it will increase for the next drawing on Wednesday. According to the Powerball website, the next jackpot will be a humongous $381 million with a cash value of $228.1 million.

Unless someone wins it soon, that will be the biggest lottery jackpot around for a while. The Mega Millions lottery finally had a jackpot winner on Friday night after more than two months of failure by its players. As such, the Mega Millions jackpot reset down to $40 million for Tuesday’s drawing.
