Prince Andrew hilariously checked his teeth in the mirror while hanging out with Queen Elizabeth.

In the throwback picture, the young royal is sitting on Her Majesty’s bed. By the looks of it, the Duke of York is roughly between the age of 3 and 4 years old.

Prince Andrew is holding a gold mirror in his hands and his mouth is wide open. He is obviously looking at how many teeth he’s already got. The adorable royal is wearing a white long-sleeved top and baby blue shirts.

The Duke of York’s golden-brown hair looks neat, and his plump legs also look very cute. The Queen, on the other hand, is wearing peach-colored sleepwear.

Her Majesty’s dark curly hair is put in place using hair clips. She is assisting Prince Andrew by holding on to the bottom part of the mirror. The Queen also looks very smitten towards her favorite son. She has a genuine smile on her face, which suggests that she’s having a blast during their bonding session.

The Queen is reportedly closest to Prince Andrew among all four of her children. Since the Duke of York was born 10 years after the Queen gave birth to Princess Anne, Her Majesty was more prepared in taking care of her younger child.

But when Prince Charles and Princess Anne were still young, Prince Philip and the Queen oftentimes left their two older children under the care of their nannies. However, they seldom did this with Prince Andrew and Prince Edward.

Meanwhile, one royal fan commented on Prince Andrew and the Queen’s sweet photo. He said that the snap doesn’t confirm that the Queen is closest to the Duke of York.

“Often your neediest child that you worry about the most takes your attention,” the royal fan wrote.

Another person said that he thought the Queen’s favorite child is Prince Charles because he is the heir to the throne.
