Prince Charles and Camilla Parker Bowles are reportedly fond of bringing their own drinks whenever they travel.

The Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall have enjoyed numerous trips together. During their travels, they reportedly always bring a stash of booze to avoid compromising their health. "Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall sometimes take their own alcohol so there’s no danger of their drinks being spiked," Telegraph reporter Gordon Rayner told Conde Nast Traveler (as quoted by Express).

He added that the royals don't carry the booze themselves. Instead, they let their bodyguards do the job. "Their police bodyguard will discreetly carry a bag of their drinks," he said.

According to Rayner, Prince Charles' favorite drink is gin and tonic. On the other hand, the Duchess of Cornwall loves red wine.

In related news, according to Tom Bower in his biography "Rebel Prince: The Power, Passion and Defiance of Prince Charles," the first-in-line to the throne has outrageous travel demands. This includes moving his entire bedroom, including his orthopedic bed and own linen.

That's not all, Prince Charles reportedly travels with his own toilet seat. However, Prince Charles and Camilla denied this when he was asked about it in the past interview.

"Oh, don't believe all that [expletive]," Prince Charles said.

The host turned to Camilla and asked her, too. "So he doesn't carry his own toilet seat when he travels?" the radio host asked.

Don't you believe that!" Camilla responded.

In addition, if the Prince of Wales has to attend a function, a policeman would reportedly arrive with a flask of pre-mixed Martini. It would be handed to the host's butler with a special glass that Prince Charles insisted on using.

Prince Charles and Camilla dated before they married their former spouses Princess Diana and Andrew Parker-Bowles. However, the royal family didn't approve her for the future king. So, they both ended up marrying their first partners and divorced them after.

According to Prince Charles' financial aid, Geoffrey Bignell, Princess Diana got every penny Prince Charles had following their split. In fact, he lost his job because the prince had no more wealth and he had nothing to manage.
