Prince William accelerates his preparations to take over Prince Charles’ Duchy of Cornwall estate.

The Duke of Cambridge is second in line to the throne. When his father Prince Charles takes over the throne, he will become the heir apparent and will be the new Prince of Wales.

When that time comes, Prince William would have to take over the Duchy of Cornwall estate. The duke’s fate is sealed and he has been preparing for it already. In fact, he is increasing his preparations for the bigger role.

“Prince William is accelerating preparations to take over his dad Prince Charles,” Daily Star claimed.

Prince William will automatically inherit his father’s title and billion dollar estate, which is a huge portfolio of land and property that provides income for the heir.

Prince William has been attending secret meetings of the Duchy as part of his preparations to step into his father’s shoes. The duke has attended another meeting, which is his fourth this year alone. In 2017, Prince William only attended two secret meetings about the estate. In 2018, he attended three.

Prince William reportedly attended the latest meeting on Sept. 12. However, the contents of the meetings are closely guarded and not reveled in the public domain.

Last year, Daily Star’s royal correspondent Nicholas Beiber also reported that Kate Middleton’s husband has been attending secret meetings to run the Duchy of Cornwall.

In related news, Prince Harry and Prince William are thought to have forgiven Prince Charles for his ill-treatment to Princess Diana. Many believed that the two princes loved their father very much and they wanted him happy, so they just support his joy even if it means marrying Camilla Parker Bowles.

However, Prince William reportedly got upset with Princess Diana due to her infamous Panorama interview. Many believed that she just used the media to her advantage.

“Their mother was not called Princess Diana. Her name was Diana, Princess of Wales and no, the Princes do not ‘hold grudges’ against their father, why would they. If anything, William was upset with Diana for airing all of their dirty linen in public. There were faults on both sides in Charles and Diana’s relationship and you are just going to have to get over that,” Chrissie Nyssen commented on Quora.
