Queen Elizabeth II is impressed by Meghan Markle’s work ethic.

The Duchess of Sussex was branded “Hurricane Meghan” due to her alleged behavior to her staff. She reportedly starts her day very early and bombards them with text messages at 5 a.m. However, the Queen appreciates the actress’ work ethic.

“The Queen has been astonished and very impressed by Meghan’s work drive,” Katie Nicholl wrote.

“There’s a feeling that Meghan likes to be busy and must be kept busy. She’s very driven.”

Prince Harry and Markle are set to have a tour to Africa with their newborn son, Archie. There are talks that they will be moving overseas, but palace sources denied this. However, they said that the couple will be traveling overseas for a short period of time, just “months, not years.”

Earlier this year, there were rumors that Markle was difficult to work with, earning her the moniker “duchess difficult.” The high staff turnover seemed to support the claims. In less than a year, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex lost a number of personal aides after they left their jobs.

According to royal expert Ashley Pearson, Markle gets up at 5 o’clock in the morning and starts texting her team members about the things that they will do for the day. For Markle, she was just “getting her day set up” because celebrities do that. However, the royal household has a different protocol.

“Royal staff members were certainly not expecting or happy to start getting a barrage of text message instructions at 5:30 every morning — and took great umbrage and offence at that,” Pearson explained.

“So for her, I think she was a bit shocked, certainly, that within the royal family there’s a whole different protocol when it comes to speaking to staff,” she added.

In related news, Markle reportedly offended and humiliated Prince Harry when she decided to modify her engagement ring. According to an insider, the Duke of Sussex wasn’t happy after his wife decided to redesign the band because he put much thought and effort into designing it. To make matters worse, the ring reportedly looked similar to what Markle’s first husband gave to her after the upgrade.
