Avid watchers of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s Instagram were stunned when the royal couple seemed to make a very unexpected change to their account.

The couple’s most recent post on their page, which went up on April 30, showcased that the pair was raising awareness of Mental Health issues, as the month of May is Mental Health Awareness Month in the United States, while May 13-19 serves as Mental Health Awareness Week in the UK. However, the post raised some eyebrows as it highlighted the fact that the royal couple is not only following the organizations that support their cause—but that doing so has also led to them deciding to no longer follow some very specific other accounts.

“To pay tribute to all of the incredible work people across the globe are doing in this space, we are hoping to shine a light on several Instagram accounts that promote mental; well-being, mental fitness, body positivity, self-care, and the importance of human connection—to not just hear each other, but to listen,” they captioned the post. “There are countless organisations doing amazing work for mental health-please consider the accounts we’ve highlighted as a small snapshot of this global support network. We are all in this together.”

“We invite you to explore the extraordinary stories of strength, and the commitment to kindness as seen in the above accounts,” the post continued. “Each month we will honour this same concept and change the accounts we solely follow based on a different theme or cause. Please go to our homepage and click “following” to see each of the select accounts and find out more about their work.”

Though the couple stated they would now “solely follow” those accounts, some royal fans may have been taken by surprise when they checked out the list of 16 accounts the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are following—and saw that Kensington Royal (Prince William and Kate Middleton) and Princess Eugenie’s accounts were no longer on the list. As a result, some expressed concern that there was a feud still brewing within the royal family.

“Why are you no longer following royal accounts?” one fan asked.

“This is so strange. Why have you posted this and unfollowed the other royals at the same time? You are perpetuating the all the talk of scandal and skullduggery,” another wrote.

“Why did SR IG account unfollow all the other Royal IG account? The Royal Family are responsible for the global fame you now have, Meghan. What a childish thing to do,” another added. “I can understand rotating the various charity IG that you follow, but to exclude the other Royal IG pages is very telling. Don’t bite the hand that feeds you.”

As of press time, both the @Kensingtonroyal and @princesseugenie accounts did still follow @sussexroyal.
