Shib Army made a remarkable achievement when it proved what a community can achieve if they work hand in hand and move in a united front.

The Bugatti Group, a well-established company known for its high-quality luggage, bags and handbags, among others, announced on Twitter that its latest project in partnership with the Shiba Inu community was a roaring success.

The company congratulated the Shiba Inu community, otherwise known as the Shib Army, because the NFT project sold out in just 110 seconds after it was officially rolled out and became available online, setting in stone a new record in the world of Non-Fungible token (NFT).

It may be recalled that the project was announced on Jan. 8 by the official Twitter account of Shiba Inu, which significantly pushed the price of the SHIB token upward.

The partnership launched 299 limited releases and an exclusive first edition release for only 0.14 ETH mint price.

Last week, the Shiba Inu team detailed that 95% of all mints will get a limited edition cross-body bag with the remaining 5% appropriated to 15 lucky winners who will receive carry-on items where they can store their Shiboshi NFT designs.

The minting went live on Twitter Spaces at 7 p.m. ET on Saturday with NFT holders entitled to receive the physical merchandise a week after the minting.

"Minting Portal will be launched during the Twitter Spaces Event. Redemption Portal will launch a week after mint has been completed and will be announced via our social channels alongside @bugattigrp, 55% OFF Bugatti x Shiboshis exclusive travel accessories," a tweet promoting the minting event read.

The hugely successful feat of the Bugatti Group and the Shiba Inu community impressed others, including Nakalikes, a development studio built upon Web3 technologies, which made a comment about the initiative.

"We are blown away by the incredible demand of the @shibtoken and @BugattiGroup NFT drop and humbled to have been a part of it. Sold out in a record-breaking 110 seconds," the tweet read.

The latest partnership with the Bugatti Group is just one of the many initiatives of the Shiba Inu development team for the community.

Aside from this, the Shib Arm is highly anticipating the phased launch of the Shibarium Beta, which has no specific release date yet but is teased to roll out soon.

As of 11:16 a.m. ET on Monday, SHIB, the native token of the Shiba Inu ecosystem, was trading up 0.37% at $0.00001033 with a 24-hour volume of $460,208,175, according to the latest data from CoinMarketCap.
