Saturday Night Live alumna Maya Rudolf hosted the sketch-comedy show for the very first time this weekend. The episode was filled with guest appearances from celebrities such as Bill O'Reilly, Justin Timberlake, Amy Poehler and Kate Upton.

Bill O'Reilly showed up alongside Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition cover model Kate Upton for the newest renditions of the recurring skit, What's Up With That?

In typical fashion, host Deandre Cole (played by Keenan Thompson) interrupts the show's panel as they try to answer questions asked by Cole. Inspired by the rhythm of a panel member's answer, Cole begins to break out into the theme song of the show.

During the skit, Upton didn't say much. O'Reilly's answer, on the other hand, was the impetus for Cole's feverish urge to break out into song. At the end of the show, Cole refers to Bill O'Reilly as the sexiest man in New York and Kate Upton as model and presidential enthusiast.

Justin Timberlake made a few appearances on the show, including one in which he played Grammy Award-winning artist Bon Iver.

In the skit, Bon Iver enters the home of Jay-Z (played by Jay Paroah) and Beyonce (played by Maya Rudolf) to pay a visit to newborn Blue Ivy Carter.

Bon Iver sings a lullaby to Blue Ivy Carter, and in the process, puts himself to sleep. At the end of the episode, Justin Timberlake held a sign that said I [heart] Bon Iver] in an apparent attempt to make amends with the popular acoustic guitar singer-songwriter.

Amy Poehler and Justin Timberlake both star in a skit about a fictional talk show called Bronx Beat. Alongside Poehler and Timberlake are Andy Samberg and Maya Rudolf. The sexual tension flies as Samburg and Timberlake, playing stagehands for the show, begin to hit on Poehler and Rudolf's characters.
