The first trailer of “Star Wars: Episode 9” was recently shown at Disney’s annual shareholder meeting. The first-look video was a mixture of a behind-the-scenes reel and actual footage from the movie. Details about what scenes were shown in the video have now surfaced online.

A source who witnessed the trailer claimed on Twitter that there was scene in which Kylo Ren (Adam Driver) was in a bright white room, looking down into a container that opened to reveal the Darth Vader helmet. The character was apparently not wearing his helmet in this scene. In another post, the same insider confirmed that the theory about this room being a nod to the Sith Lord’s meditation chamber is not a bad idea.

The other First Order-related scenes in the trailer included an explosion in a starship hanger involving Stormtroopers. There were reportedly very few scenes with dialogues as the video was a compilation of scenes that were shown in quick succession. The only dialogue that some of the viewers remembered was between Finn, Poe and Rey saying something in the line of all of them being together in this fight.

Rey (Daisy Ridley) was in an alien market place. She has the same hairstyle as before. One “really cool” behind-the-scenes clip showed the actress doing a somersault in the air with her lightsaber using wire work. The prop she used was blue in color, but it remains to be seen if she will get to wield Luke Skywalker’s (Mark Hamill) weapon again.

Poe Dameron (Oscar Isaac), Finn (John Boyega) and Rey will be reunited in the film. There was a scene in the trailer showing all three of them together in the Millennium Falcon.

Lando Calrissian (Billy Dee Williams) was also seen in the “Star Wars: Episode 9” trailer. He was back in the Millenium Falcon, and the people who saw the video felt that this was his first time back in the iconic ship. BB-8 was also there on the ship, but it isn’t clear if Porgs were featured in the video.

The first “Star Wars: Episode 9” trailer is expected to be released to the public next month at the Celebrations event. Readers should note that the video may be different from what was shown at the Disney shareholder meeting.
