Things aren’t going well for Lydia (Holland Roden) in “Teen Wolf” Season 5B. The pack will attempt to rescue her in episode 15 of the MTV series, but they will have plenty of obstacles to overcome. In one sneak-peek video, Scott (Tyler Posey) has to consider teaming up with Theo (Cody Christian). In another clip, it’s clear Lydia needs a rescue team as soon as possible because Dr. Valack’s (Steven Brand) experiments are getting dangerous.

Sneak Peek No. 1

Dr. Valack makes his return in this clip after being absent since the midseason premiere. However, it looks like he has a sketchy plan. He pulls out a Dread Doctors’ helmet. “Have you actually put that thing on someone?” an Eichen House employee asks.

“Not in years,” he admits.

He has her close the door, and she asks whether the helmet even works.

“I suppose we should give it a try,” he says. He forces her into the helmet. It isn’t clear what’s happening to her, but it sounds painful. Eventually, she falls to the floor and calms down. Her eyes snap open, and it’s apparent that the helmet has done something supernatural.

Sneak Peek No. 2

In this clip, Theo runs into Scott and Stiles (Dylan O’Brien) in the library. Instead of fighting, Theo offers to help Scott’s pack save Lydia. Theo has some pretty logical points about why they need him. “If you’re planning to break Lydia out of Eichen House, you still need to get past the mountain ash,” Theo says. “We can make it through. You can’t, Scott.”

Still, Scott doesn’t believe Theo is offering help out of kindness. “What do you really want?” Scott asks.

“I don’t want to be one of the bodies. It’s that simple. I can get you to Lydia, or we can see who gets to her first,” Theo threatens.

He walks away, and Stiles wonders why he wants to get Lydia out of the mental hospital. “He’s probably thinking what we’re all thinking: that Lydia’s got something bigger to do with this,” Scott reasons. “And maybe she’s the only one who could actually save us.”

Sneak Peek No. 3

Stiles visits Lydia in another quick sneak peek, but she isn’t doing well. In contrast to his last visit, she is conscious, but she doesn’t have good news for him. “You’re going to die if you stay, all of you,” she says.

Sneak Peek No. 4

Another clip shows Stiles trying to take over his father’s job. He uses his police radio to tell the deputies not to engage with someone, but it doesn’t seem like they’re willing to listen to a high-school student.
