Macy’s has opened an investigation into a customer that went on a racist rampage at a Dallas-area store, Buzzfeed reported. The man’s verbal assault was directed at two Macy employees that were speaking Arabic in front of him, causing him to lash out against “Arabs and Democrats.”

The entire incident was caught on video and posted to Twitter, including another woman that confronted the man during his racist rant telling him that he needed to act with respect towards one of the Macy employees.

"You need to respect this lady or you need to leave," the woman can be seen in one video telling the man.

"I don’t need to do [expletive]," he replied back to the woman and then encouraged her to “call security.”

In another video of the incident, the man can be heard saying, “They were speaking Arabic. I don't speak Arabic... Get these customers away from me... All the Arabs, all you Arabs and Democrats. Go back to where you came from.”

The video was posted to Twitter by a man named Ricky, Buzzfeed reported. Ricky told the news outlet that the man had complained that his gift wrap wasn’t free. According to Ricky, the employee had called over another coworker to help and spoke Arabic to them.

“The first thing I heard was, ‘This is America. Speak English,’” Ricky told Buzzfeed. “From that point, it just escalated to what you see in the video.”

The video above ends with a person calling the man a “snowflake.”

The man replies to the comment with, “[Expletive] you. Snowflake your [expletive]. Stupid Democrat.”

Macy’s told Buzzfeed that is investigating the incident.

“We believe our Macy’s employees and customers should be treated with dignity, respect, and kindness,” a spokesperson told the outlet. “We aim to create a welcoming environment and we apologize for what occurred in our store. We are investigating this incident.”
