“Avengers: Endgame” released a new trailer Thursday that revealed more new footage (seen above). One of the scenes revealed that our heroes wear matching white suits at some point in the Marvel Studios movie.

[Spoiler alert: “Avengers: Endgame” spoilers are discussed below.]

The purpose of these suits has been a major “Endgame” theory for months. Fans believe they are using these suits to go to the Quantum Realm to travel through time.

Time travel has long been the theory surrounding “Avengers 4.” Set photos showed the Battle of New York being revisited complete with 2012 uniforms. The difference was that Scott Lang/Ant-Man (Paul Rudd) was standing alongside our heroes while Tony Stark/Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.) looked significantly older.

The white suits, however, were first unveiled in leaked concept art before showing up on packaging for “Avengers: Endgame” toys. Those images show the original Avengers members wearing some sort of device on their hands with the suits, which matches the set photos from the revisited Battle of New York scenes. The similarities to Ant-Man’s suit fueled the theory that the Avengers will use the Quantum Realm to travel through time in the fourth film.

LEGO toys revealed that the actual name for the white, black and red suits is “Advanced Tech suits.” However, that doesn’t dispel the Quantum Realm theory. It makes sense that the toy companies wouldn’t outright spoil the movie.

The Advanced Tech suits tend to look the same on everyone — except James Rhodes/War Machine (Don Cheadle). His quantum realm suit appears to be shaped like his War Machine armor while Tony Stark’s uniform looks shaped to his body.

Whether the Quantum Realm theory turns out to be true or not, it’s clear that the suits will be a big part of the movie.

The suit reveal scene in the trailer also is a big spoiler for Tony’s storyline. He and Nebula (Karen Gillan) are clearly going to be saved. Other trailers indicated that they were stranded on the Benatar after their fight with Thanos (Josh Brolin). Will Carol Danvers/Captain Marvel (Brie Larson) save him?

“Avengers: Endgame” hits theaters April 26.
