It’s frequently wondered whether stars of ABC’s “The Bachelorette” and “The Bachelor” are on the show for the right reasons -- meaning they’re there to find love and not 15-minutes of fame. Now, one of Rachel Lindsay’s Season 13 front-runners’ intentions are being brought into question. Is Peter Kraus really looking for love?

Peter’s senior high school yearbook quote reveal he’s always had a plan to go on “The Bachelor.” As revealed by TMZ, Peter states in his 2005 yearbook from Edgewood High in Madison, Wisconsin, that his future plans include, “Go to art school, become famous in one way or another, be on The Bachelor, live happily.”

Peter has not yet publicly responded to the unearthing of his teenage ambitions. He last updated fans on his life post “Bachelorette” filming on Sunday, posting a photo to his Instagram of himself partying with two women. “#fambam #summernights#whysalltherumgone,” he captioned the shot. Prior to the most recent post, Peter shared photos of a throwback Thursday shot with his father and an image of his episode 3 group date on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” with Rachel and several other contestants.

It was initially believed that Peter, a 31-year-old businessman, would walk away from Season 13 engaged to Rachel, but it seems that is no longer the case. While Reality Steve, a notorious “Bachelorette” spoiler blogger, reported prior to the show’s May 22 premiere that Rachel and Peter got engaged during the finale taping in Spain on May 11, he soon after backtracked.

“I’m sure all the Rachel/Peter fans are about to go into cardiac arrest,” the blogger posted on June 5, reporting Bryan Abasolo would eventually win the season, not Peter. Reality Steve stated this his usually reliable source corrected their initial sharing.

“She is engaged to Bryan,” he continued. “That’s the best I can give you at this point. I know that’s not going to satisfy a lot of you, which is totally understandable. I’m sure I’ll hear ‘Are you sure?’ for the next two months. My answer will be the same. ‘Yes.’ But you truly won’t know until the finale on Aug. 7.”

If Rachel does chose Bryan, it won't exactly be a surprise. “Bachelorette” viewers will recall Rachel gave Bryan, a 37-year-old chiropractor, the coveted first impression rose during the Season 13 premiere.

While it’s entirely unconfirmed by ABC exactly who will win Rachel’s heart on the show, the Dallas attorney has already revealed she is engaged to be married to one of her 31 contestants. “I am very much so in love and very much so engaged!” she told US Weekly last month.

“Every morning I wake up and pinch myself and I keep asking myself if this is really happening,” she said. “It’s crazy at times. I feel like I don’t even deserve this. I feel like I’m getting everything that I want and I am getting my happy ending.”
