Sarah Ferguson and Prince Andrew are being urged to remarry each other.

However, recent poll suggests that this might not happen anytime soon or ever. Bookmakers Coral revealed that the probability that the pair will remarry at any point in the future is at 2-1. But the probability of the former couple to announce a second engagement or to tie the knot again soon is far lower. More specifically, the odds are currently at 8-1.

Coral’s Harry Aitkenhead told Express, “It’s been a long time since they divorced but it’s been a manic few years for the royal family and Prince Andrew and Fergie tying the knot again is something we simply can’t rule out. A 2-1 for any time in the future, it’s certainly a lot more likely than some might think.”

Daily Star also released a poll in recent weeks revealing the thoughts of royal fans regarding the fate of Prince Andrew and Ferguson’s relationship. The results revealed that out of 5,500 people that voted, a massive 78 percent of voters are convinced that the Royals have already gotten back together officially.

Unfortunately, this is not the case. During Ferguson’s interview with Daily Mail, she said that she and her ex-husband are in such a good place at the moment that marrying again is out of the cards.

“But we’re so happy with the way we are right now. We enjoy each other’s company; we allow each other to blossom… I know it sounds like a fairytale but that’s the way we are,” she said.

Prince Andrew and Ferguson tied the knot in 1986. After being blessed with two daughters, Princess Beatrice, and Princess Eugenie, the couple separated in 1992. Their divorce was finalized four years later.

But even after their split, the Duke and Duchess of York continued raising their children together. They also live at the Royal Lodge together and have always stayed like a family unit.
