A woman in Florida was arrested earlier this week after she and her friend broke a pub's sink during an "intimate" moment, police records showed.

Kathryn Trammel, 37, was charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief over the estimated $500 worth of damage she and her friend caused inside a bathroom at Seminole eatery Irish 31 on Tuesday afternoon, The Smoking Gun reported, citing an arrest affidavit by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office.

Before the incident, Trammel and her friend were asked by the establishment's staff to leave the bathroom. The sink was still "intact" when they exited, police said. However, the pair entered the bathroom a second time when no one was inside and left shortly afterward.

Staff inspected the space and discovered that a "white bathroom sink had broken off of the wall and was damaged," according to the affidavit.

Supposedly, no other people were inside the bathroom at the time.

Trammel later claimed post-Miranda rights that the sink was broken as a result of her and her friend becoming "intimant" — understood to be intimate — inside the bathroom, but she "would not offer an explanation for how the sink was damaged," police said.

The Smoking Gun's report indicated that Trammel had broken the sink during sex.

Irish 31's owner, Sly Yusuff, said that he wanted to prosecute.

Trammel was released from the county jail Wednesday on her own recognizance. It was unclear if her friend, who was not identified in the affidavit but reportedly appeared to be male, was charged over the incident.

In a similar story, a man and woman in Florida were caught on camera performing a sexual activity inside a police car following their arrest last month.

Yordan Alberto Noa and Summer Joy Watkins, both 24, were placed in the back seat of a Florida Highway Patrol vehicle on Nov. 18 after the former was pulled over for driving with a suspended license.

Police planned to bring the pair to a nearby Shell station in Naples, Florida, where they could "make arrangements to get home."

Watkins and Noa, however, engaged in oral sex inside the vehicle after the two were placed inside. Additionally, Noa used his cellphone to record the act and even used FaceTime to talk with a friend.

The two were later both charged with lascivious behavior and breach of peace over the incident.
