A Michigan woman who had a dream about winning $25,000 from a scratch-off lottery ticket has found out that reality is much sweeter. She won a $300,000 jackpot.

The winner from Kalamazoo County brought a Cashword Multiplier ticket from the Citgo station on West D Avenue. She told the officials at Michigan Lottery that the ticket's style had a special meaning for her.

"Years ago, I had a dream that I won $25,000 playing Cashword," the 46-year-old winner, who has not been named, told Michigan Lottery. "I never, ever thought I would actually hit this big, but it's a great feeling!"

The Cashword Multiplier the woman won was launched in June this year. According to Michigan Lottery, players of the game have won more than $15 million collectively. Players can win prizes ranging from $5 to the $300,000 top prize.

"I don't know anyone who has won big on a Lottery game, so I never really thought it actually happened. I sure am glad I was wrong!" the woman said, reported MLive.

She recently claimed her prize money from Michigan Lottery's headquarters in Lansing. The woman said she is planning to buy a new house for herself and invest the remainder.

Earlier this year, a four-member lottery club, Wolverine FLL Club, won the third-largest lottery jackpot in U.S. history and claimed $1.05 billion. The winners received a one-time payment of $776 million. It marks the largest Mega Millions or Powerball jackpot win in Michigan Lottery's history.

"This kind of money will impact the families of our club members for generations to come. We plan to stay humble and pay it forward through charitable giving in southeast Michigan," Kurt D. Panouses, a member of the winning group, told MLive. After paying federal taxes, the club collectively received about $557 million.

Earlier this month, an Australian man claimed that he had seen a "vivid dream" of jackpot winning numbers years ago. He won $3.4 million using the numbers, which made him believe in premonition.
