‘Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon’ Episode 40 Spoilers: Towa, Setsuna And Moroha Escape

Sesshomaru rises again and faces Kirinmaru. Despite his depleting Haku, Sesshomaru summons the last of his strength to protect Rin, Jaku, and the others in "Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon" Episode 40. The new episode is titled "Three Princesses Escape."

The official promo trailer of "Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon" Episode 40 shows Towa, Moroha, Setsuna, Kagome, and Inuyasha attempting to get out of the Black Pearl.

Inuyasha suggests if they have the Tenseiga, they can reach the gate where Mezu and Gozu are. He believes Tenseiga is the key that can get them out. He wants Towa to summon the powerful sword. But for some reason, she is unable to summon the Tenseiga.

In the previous episode, "Moroha and Family, Together Again," Moroha finally met her parents, Inuyasha and Kagome.

Moroha’s parents also met Towa and Setsuna for the first time. Kagome was pleasantly surprised to finally see Rin’s daughters. She revealed she was close to Rin.

Elsewhere, Sesshomaru was in a bad shape. Jaku revealed the demon fireball that Kirinmaru released was taking away Sesshomaru’s Haku.

Rin was worried about Sesshomaru. She wondered how can they revive him. Jaku suggested if they can remove Kirinmaru’s demon energy that was surrounding him, they can bring back his Haku.

“Inside the Black Pearl, Moroha is finally reunited with her parents, Inuyasha and Kagome. Inuyasha begins to see a way out of the Black Pearl. Meanwhile, Kirinmaru’s attack leaves Sesshomaru gravely injured,” read the official synopsis of Episode 39 as per Crunchyroll.

"Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon" Episode 40 is scheduled to air Saturday. The episode will be out on Crunchyroll, Hulu, and Funimation in Japanese with English subtitles.
