Nikki on "The Young and the Restless"
Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) is questioned about her plan to deal with Victor (Eric Braden, not pictured) on the April 13, 2017 episode of “The Young and the Restless.” CBS

She has decided that the family will keep up appearances in public, but that in private Victor is no longer going to be acknowledged. However, Nikki’s plan to deal with her husband’s latest betrayal will be questioned by everyone involved in it on the Thursday, April 13 episode of “The Young and the Restless.”

Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) enacted the plan after learning that Victor (Eric Braden) had worked with Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) to frame Adam for a crime he didn’t commit, meaning he played an indirect role in his son’s death on the CBS soap. However, though Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) agreed to her plan because it led to less damage in their lives but let Victor know he was in the doghouse, both will begin to question how long it will take before their mother changes her mind.

“Who knows how long it will be before she cracks and is trying to get us to forgive dad?” Nick asks Victoria in a preview clip for the episode.

For now at least though, Nikki is holding her ground and keeping to her word. However, she will learn that Victor won’t go down without putting up a fight, especially when she disinvites him to his grandson Reed’s (Tristan Lake Leabu) birthday party, and cautions him to keep away from his granddaughter, Faith (Alyvia Alyn Lind).
